Description of how the game can be used to fit the categories: The game Color Connection is a challenging game that requires players to match the marbles into the correct slot on the bottom of the board. The player must concentrate carefully on moving the correct switch and following the marble through the track to ensure that the marble ends up in the correct slot on the bottom of the board. Problem solving is incorporated into this game when the player must determine the correct switch to move in order for the marble to go on the path that they need it to. This may require trial and error by the player to determine which path is the correct way to get the marble to the right spot. Visual scanning is involved in this activity in the sense that the player must track the marble as it goes through the maze and ensure that it is ending up in the right slot at the end. Eye/Hand coordination is involved in this game when the player sees which way they need the marble to go to and then moves the correct switch to lead the marble to the same colored slot.
