Description of how the game can be used to fit the categories: The game Mouse Trap is a fun and interactive way for players to practice a variety of skills. This game develops creativity as the players can set up the board in any way that they want. All of the different cheese pieces and places where the mice sit on top of can be placed wherever the players want. Fine motor skills are incorporated into this game when the player decides to stack the cheese pieces together or rolls the dice. Both of these activities require the use of the hands and fingers which practice fine motor skills. Eye/Hand coordination is involved in this game when the player uses their space rocket to hit their mouse off of the top of their game pyramid. The player must line the space rocket up with the mouse piece then coordinate the part that hits the mouse piece to bump it off. Cause and effect is incorporated into this game because whenever the player rolls the dice, it affects what they are able to do on the game board. Also, whenever they hit their mouse off of their game pyramid, the player causes the mouse to hopefully hit a cheese piece on the board which helps them to gain more cheese.
