Description of how the game can be used to fit the categories: The game Dora the Explorer Play Park Adventure is a fun way for players to practice a variety of skills featuring Dora and her friends. Problem solving skills are incorporated into this game when the players need to find the answer to the puzzle card to move along on the board. Fine motor skills are incorporated into this task when the players spin the wheel and move their game piece across the board. Academics can be practiced while playing the game as the players can learn different English and Spanish words from the game board. Attention span can be developed by playing this game as it is a relatively short game to play. It can also be graded based on the child’s ability level so that the child can work on attention span and difficulty.
