Description of how the game can be used to fit the categories: The game Thomas Making Tracks is a fun and interactive game that allows players to create the tracks to get Thomas and his friends home. Fine motor skills are incorporated into this game when the players pick up and move the track pieces on the board and when they put the track pieces together. Concentration is necessary for this game because the players must focus on the game to see where they can put the different track pieces they get when they spin the spinner. Problem solving skills are incorporated into this game as well when the players need to figure out where to put the pieces they got when they spun the spinner. This requires them to look at the pieces they have and see what they could do to put the pieces together to get Thomas and his friends home. Visual scanning is important in this game because the players must scan the game board and see what pieces they need to get to make their track and see where they could put the pieces that they have.
