Navigate to any video you'd like to make a clip from, click clip along the top of the screen, then Create Clip on the right window. You can then choose the starting and ending points and name the clip. If you plan on sharing it in class, choose public or anyone at the institution for the visibility setting.
To view all of your your clips, navigate to your collection of clips by clicking on your icon in the top right corner and choosing profile.
