Using Videos in your Course

Every full-length video comes with a pre-configured URL for sharing and linking. For best results, get the correct URL by following these steps:

1. Click the Share button below any full-length video or playlist. This generates the permanent URL to your video(s) to use when sharing.
2. Copy and paste the link in the desired location (email, Canvas, etc.)

Note: You can also email and share videos by clicking on the email or social media logos directly above the URL.

Embedding in Canvas

Next, go to the part of Canvas that you want to embed the video. Add a title for the Module or Assignment, then click the Insert menu and choose Embed

Paste the code that you copied from the Avon page in the space provided. Then click Ok.
