Presented to Fr. Christian Oravec “The students of Saint Francis College gratefully present this scroll to Father Christian Oravec, TOR, in recognition of dedicated service to the case of the Educational Progress for the Individual and the Community Campaign (EPIC). The student body acknowledges the many contributions Father Christian has made toward the College’s growth and well-being through his energetic leadership. In his personal approach with all levels of the College community, he has exemplified the ideals of Saint Francis College as we strive together to develop intellectual, moral, and spiritual values.” Presented to Father Christian in March 1980 by the Student Government Association. This scroll was framed and hung on the wall outside the President’s Office in Scotus Hall until 1996 when it was replaced by the Sesquicentennial Photograph of the campus community.
